Default How much torque on Balancer W/ARP bolt?

No specs in the package with the new bolt and nothing on their website. Did a search and no impact for me and it's not a TTY. I did pin the crank with a kit from Procharger so I guess I only need enough torque to keep it from backing out. Any one have any experience with this?
Thanks

This is basically what my pulley manufacturer told me that they do.

as tight as your impact will go , i used blue loctite in case i ever need to get it off, red requires heat.

I thought it was 150ft/lbs as I have an ARP crank bolt... been awhile... forgot where I got the info... and I used the Red Loctite.
