The -AN fittings are fabricated with baffles to keep the oil (most of) inside the covers. The stock cover vents are maybe to small and not relieving excess pressures or he has a ring sealing issue causing excessive blowby.

the build is fresh, still un-tuned hes trying to work out some bugs this being one of them. i feel bad for him he dumped a lot of cash in this engine didnt cut corners frankenstein head, fast intake, johnson lifters and so on

i'll tell him to do a compression check and if its good install the -AN fittings and larger hose

he used .040 cometic gaskets and new stock GM head bolts... (to answer a pm i got)

What about Oil Pressure???
and is he sure it's not Over filled???

Just because it's "NEW" doesn't mean the block wasn't honed properly for the rings he is using. Also is he sure the rings where installed properly???

Try Pulling plugs and see if there is oil getting in the chambers.

Since we don't have spec's or list of parts, it could be caused by anything. If the heads are ported and the rocker bosses aren't sealed it could be pulling oil through the rocker bolt threads.

Bigger breather ports will slow down the velocity of the air coming out and may help keep it from pushing out oil vapor. It will still breathe the same amount of air but it will come out of the larger port slower. Is it smoking out the exhaust?

Marry Christmas every one!

1FastBrick, he says oil pressure is is like 40psi idle and 60ish when driving if i remember right, i ask if he checked the level said its on the full mark

yeah i know i dont have enough info for you guys but this is something i have not seen myself to be more descriptive about it sorry, im going to tell me to do a compression check and look for any oil on the plugs or in the cylinders i guess that will tell us about the rings hopefully, being Frankenstein did the heads id hope for what he spent its not them but any thing is possible.

03sierraslt, ok i get it now same amount of air just less force. he never mentioned the exhaust smoking or anything that i can remember? i'll ask him about it tho

i know that i get some oil in my intake in my ls6 engine but i installed a catch can and has really cut it down but the engine see's 6800-7k rpms, this engine is un-tuned and had not seen any high rpms, i asked if he was getting a little oil and said "some" is normal his response was its pouring out, i also never herd of crank case pressure blowing the valve cover gaskets out

Its common on CNC ported heads to remove where the rocker bolt lump is in the port. Most companies tell you to use a thread Sealant or thread locker to seal the the treads from sucking oil through the threads and into the ports.
