On my N/A 6.0, I have -10 AN fittings on both valve covers and they run into a catch can.

My boosted 5.3 will have a similar setup, but I might vent the valley cover too.

What size holes do the filters you put on have?

Thats the way I'm running mine. I get a little breeze of crankcase fumes every once in awhile but its no big deal. I just didn't want to mess with a catch can (sold mine) or a pcv with a built in check valve. I can't really find a drawback to running it this way, the engine gets to breathe however it wants and I have no chance of boosting my crankcase. Run it!

Does your truck still have a MAF sensor?

Some people vent the valve covers into a catch can, then vent the catch can to the inlet side of the turbo. Still not sure whether or not it would contaminate a MAF sensor equipped engine...

My dads race car had them hooked to the exhaust so it would pull it out. What about that
