His cam would probably push the limits of those springs for relatively small gain over the first cam youre looking at. Plus the LS6 springs are only like 60 bucks brand new and you could get away with stock pushrods too.

You can use the LS6 springs with either the Comp 216/220 or the Trucker, my original plans were a trucker with LS6 springs, and both Roger Vinci and Richard from WCCH said that I'd be fine. I had the cam and still have the WCCH StageII 317 heads which currently have the LS6 springs in them...I say go for it, personally I'd go for the Trucker, many have used it in both 5.3's and 6.0's with good results...after looking at Dan's numbers with big mudder tires on it, I think that he'd be in the 13's if he switched to even a lighter 31" tire and the tuning to go with it

Hmm, Trucker, Tow stick (lol) or xr269hr for a 2500 hd 6.0 with a 5 speed?
I ran the cam quest 6 and that's how i cam up with the xr269hr, and i searched it and found this thread. Lots of good info.
