Dont know what to tell you, it is. I built the truck, I ordered the cam, and he is a good friend of mine so I have no doubt on his word. I think his sn is red03silss on here, Id look it up but Im on my phone. Shoot him a PM. Its also tuned by wheatley, so Im sure he can attest to it too.

Im not sure when I took that video but if I had to guess it was probably in mayish 08 so it was probably fairly hot then too. You can look up his posts on ls1truck where he used to post a lot and there was a thread about his track times a long time ago.

It runs what it runs and is a very fun truck to drive with the awd and instant tq. It will get a 4wd drift going on a cool winter day

Remember when comparing his speedo to yours, that his is a 120 speedo so the needle moves slower than yours. I agree it doesnt look like a 13.3 truck in the video, but to my knowledge all that ones done was a retune by Wheatley at some point in time but I dont know if that was before or after the track run. Regardless, Im definitely a fan of the way his truck drives, tq everywhere, and fun. Its not the fastest out there by any means but he still tows a boat with it and uses it as a truck all while having stock driveability on a 100K LQ9.

Ive been trying to talk him into letting me build a "fresh" motor for it

I was wrong its a 13.46 not a 13.36 like I was thinking
http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/strip...3-sec-run.html
Couldnt find a thread of his runs after the cam but the current time is in his sig, so he gained 3mph and dropped 3 tenths with that cam.

If you dont believe it runs what it runs then fine, but Im not going to waste my time further trying to prove otherwise.

I'd still be absolutely psyched with a mid 13 in my truck. I also like the sounds of "torque everywhere". Despite what most people on here are recommending, this size cam is looking more and more attractive.
I would like to keep the cam within the limits of the LS6 springs as well, sounds like the one you spec'd for him might have too much lift.
