Default valve train noise?

noise video

I started getting this ticking noise tonight and I'm suspecting maybe loose rocker arms? Is that common?

now that I have a minute to explain, i'm on a computer not my phone

I took the truck STRAIGHT home and kept RPMS low as I could.
I did my cam last week and almost did a trunion upgrade, I torqued everything to 22ft/lbs and went over it twice. buttoned up the covers all was well.
tonight I was doing a data log and I did a great WOT run, and when I let off to decel...that noise started!
strange thing is...if I let it sit for 2-3 minutes off then start it back up noise goes away until I rev it to about 2000rpm!

The trunion upgrade requires 25ftlb or 27ftlb also make sure you arent loading the lifter when you are torquing them. There is a certain step to doing it so you are on the smallest side of the cam, not the peak lobe

So I double screwed up cause I torqued to the factory 22ft/lbs and didn't do it on the base circle either cause a guy I worked with was like "they aren't valves you gotta lash they just seat and torque the bolt"

I use a small dab of red loc tite

The 22ftlb is the reason they came loose i bet

well I'm gonna pull off the covers tomorrow afternoon and check, shouldnt take me to to long and hopefully it is just a loose thing, not a stripped threads or failed lifter...
BUT the noise is quite high in the engine, like id ALMOST bet money on it being cyl 1 or 3
