A tune would def give ya that low end back , even only adjusting the stock trans settings would help that , way to doggy stock , you prob need to be in T/H around town to help .

I just took the rear block out of mine and I'm happy how it sits now , it was wayy to high in the rear .

 

That's what I was planning on doing. removing the leveling kit I installed and go without a block in the back to have a leveled stance. the truck used to rip with factory tires. Also used to get 16-18 on the highway, now I get 11! Did you ever get TJ to tune your denali?

 

No I have not , I'm actually going to try to dial it in myself in the street and then prob let him adjust the WOT on his dyno . I want to delve into tuning myself more and thanks to some good friends giving me pointers I'm not as Leary about doing it LOL . I always do try to hang with TJ once a year cuz it's a blast and he is one awesome tuner .

 

Bumping this up. Just sent the OP a PM, asking him to answer about the y pipe. Hopefully it was a bolt it and go ordeal.

 

The OBX Y pipe come with the 3 bolt flanges and bell. I know some of the 6.2 years can be a little different, so I hang say for sure if it will bolt right up. It did on my 2010. When I get back to my laptop, I'll try and dig up a picture of my connection and post it.

well I did a little more digging around tonight. Looks like The 6.2 cat-back connection did not change until 2011. So I'm going to have an exhaust shop figure something out.
On the plus side, these will be a bolt on and go for your truck Tim!

Is there any disadvantage to the OBX's smaller collectors? Don't most headers use a 3" collector for the 6.2L?
