Default installing my 90mm TB and M.I.T. today got?

Should i punch a hole in the stock air box? Maby I could rig up a ram air on the cheap.

You could but you have like a bada$$ truck why do that? You can get an airaid jr for 150.00 off ebay or amazon.

isnt the jr just a mit with a filter for the stock box? I going to install a Amsoil EA Nano Fiber filter in it.

yes, You could open up the bottom of the stock box to let a little more air in. And its not hard to fab up a "ram air" tube. I used 4" flexible vacuum hose. some have used pvc pipe. either way it will help get cool air into the intake.

Pic of the 90mm installed ? And also how does it run without tune adjustment ? Any power from it ?

well the MIT could be a little longer but I got it to fit in the poring rain. Started it up and it ran just like be for. idles around 600rpm just like with the stock on. The Throttle response is a little better. Feels faster because you don't have to give it as much peddle to get it to speed up. From what iv read it gets better over 300 or so miles. There is still a hesitation when you give it gas because of the torque management. The MIT does have some drone that I do not like. its enough to over power the radio going up hill to maintain speed. but for now id say its a improvement thats worth it if you have the cash laying around.

haha, try having 4.56 gears, LT, ory and a 4" exhaust being force fed with a procharger. **** gets loud lol. Good thing there's not many hills around here lol. Looks good.

whats you ETC scalar set at? reason i ask, because i haven't been able to dial in the idle on hp tuners with a ls3 TB with the correct scalar number.
