Even though it's on an '07 Classic, there are still complaints on 4WD fitment. Cal-Speed, LPP, same design it seems. You do know that if you bought the headers under the advertised impression that they would fit a 4WD, you can get your money back, even if Cal-Speed denies you your money? That's a legal issue, and you can get that solved.
Maybe if he wouldn't have beat the crap out of them.

I was under the impression that they wouldn't take them back at all, once un-boxed. Now, if they're demolished, I could understand. BUT even demolished, if the website said they'd fit 4WD applications, I'm sure you could get them sent back if you really wanted to. There are so many legal loopholes nowadays. It'd probably be more hassle than the headers themselves, though.

A good friend and co-worker installed the ARH's on his 2010 Chevy 4wd, I gave them a good look over the only thing was the passenger side was a little tight, very little clearance where the primary’s pass by the frame.
But other than that no denting the primary’s or front driveshaft issues, fit and finish was excellent. I'll see about getting some pics from him.

Our headers were 100% designed for 2WD trucks are they are a 100% perfect fit on all 99-07 classic AND all 07+ NNBS 2WD 4-spd auto transmission vehicles. We've installed dozens of sets in the shop and never one fitment issue. If you had a fitment issue in any way on a 2wd truck then we believe it is likely installer error or due to vehicle having some sort of previous frame damage etc.

AND we have never ever listed these to be for a 4WD application BUT we have told people that several people have purchased these and done some slight modification to make them fit 99-06 4WD applications.

We are glad to take back silverstreak07's set as he discussed the potential of them not fitting before purchasing and as long as they were returned completely undamaged we would take them back.

08k1500_3 (original poster) had discussed fitment before purchase as well as we told them we had no experience with them on a 4x4 07+ NNBS vehicle. He mentioned he was a GM tech and "could make them fit and was planning to convert his truck to 2WD". Also he was nice enough to call and discuss to let us know they would have zero chance of fitting any NNBS 4x4 truck after he attempted to install and what he had to go through to make them work. We appreciate the feedback and immediately updated our website to reflect it clearly that they could not fit even with modification on that application.

We hope to have a 4x4 specific header out in the near future.

To sum it up:
What we've found so far for both our 1-3/4" and 1-7/8"

99-07 classic 2WD: perfect fit

99-07 classic 4WD/AWD: minor modification required

07+ NNBS 4-spd auto 2WD applications: perfect fit

07+ NNBS 4WD/AWD: WILL NOT FIT
