Default LPP Header issue

Purchased a set of LPP full length headers with Y pipe and now am in a bit of a bind. Due to "production tolerance issues" my 4wd is currently running 2wd. After multiple emails and pictures showing LPP that their product will not work on a 4wd, they will not do anything about it because of their disclaimer of no return/exchange policy. This is my first post on a forum and am looking for some input. I do find it sadening that they will not stand by their product claiming it will fit a 4wd but will not do anything about it.
I guess the input I am looking for on here is if anyone else has had the similar experience or anyone looking to purchase the set 2WD APPLICATION ONLY at a reduced and fair price?

I understand but if you state the product will fit a 4wd, it should. If it was close and all I had to do was "massage" the tube a bit, would be fine with it. This isnt even close! For a new company, you would think they would try to work with the customer not just default to a disclaimer.

I helped a friend of mine and he had the exact same issues your talking about on his '05 4wd. His driver side primary hit the steering shaft and the bottom of the driver side header hit the driveshaft. It also rubbed on the 3 inch ORY.

However, we did get it to work with a big hammer! It's not real eye appealing though. It just took about 12 hrs to install a set of headers that should take only a couple LOL!!!!

He had the same customer service though.

Good Luck!

According to the paper work that I saw when I helped my friend out, it said they would fit!

And they do fit! It just takes a little tweaking LOL

The owner of LPP also told me the headers are made here in the USA, that is more then likely BS. Them and the Cal_Speed ones look to be identical, they state they are made here also. Yet another reason I will only deal with quality fitting parts. Yes it cost more, but they stand behind it. You will need to wack the *** our of the primary with a BFH, to get it to fit. Makes me sick to have to do that but..
