Default thermostat/water pump gasket

I am running a ls1 water pump on my 6.0. The paper gasket has gone bad and leaks. I can not seem to find a gasket to match this water pump. It can be from any 2000-2002 f body. Any help on sending a link would be awesome, local part stores werent worth a ****. I have attached a picture of one i bought but its too big and doesnt line up.

I thought they just use the o-ring seal like all the others do. I don't remember the last time I've used an actual paper gasket there.

I could be wrong, but this was with the new pump when I got it. But yes it does have an o ring already, and this between water neck and pump.

I'm with FFDP on this one.

All LS based engines use an oring. There is no need for a gasket for the outlet itself.

Is the thermostat part of the outlet?

The gasket you purchased is for SBC, BBC and Mopar engines.

the thermostat is part of the water neck and not the water pump. So when I took the two bolts out, the tstat was still in the water neck and slid out of the pump.
