Default Back to Stock - Random Misc. Questions

I'm removing all the go-fast goodies from my truck and turning it into a daily driver. I figured I would make one thread to help get some random questions answered.

1) Exhaust - ordered speed engineering LT and ORY, still need to figure out a catback exhaust

2) Intake - ordered a volant kit

3) I have VAS traction bars that will be removed. They required me to cut the front rebound clip off the leaf springs for the front bracket of the bars. Will I need to get some leaf spring clamps and reclamp this front area once the traction bar bracket is removed?

This is the rebound clip I'm referring to:

They are both removed on the left side of the leaf springs here:

This is the VAS clamp that caused them to be removed:

4) I want to run a catch can off the stock valve covers. I have one of the trick turbo ones that mounts on the alternator bracket, but not too thrilled with the hose clamp he uses for a bracket. What quality options are out there for PCV cans? Are you supposed to vent the passenger valve cover with a filter, or hook it up to vacuum behind the throttle body like stock?

5) Spark plugs - what's the go-to for stock-ish trucks? Iridium?

I will add more questions to this original post as they pop in my head.

1. Texas Speed for the headers and ypipe. Get a 6.2 exhaust from Facebook Marketplace. I got mine for $40.

2. I use a eBay 4in intake and filter. I had to drill a hole for the passenger side valve cover tube.
