I'd say low 16s. I ran a 16.8 w/ 33x11.5 BFG MTs and 3.42 gears w/ a good tune. Keep in mind these tires are 1.5" taller then a stock tire (measured) and are about 12 lbs a tire heavier w/ more rolling resistance.

I'd say low 16's for an ECSB. mid 17's for a CCSB. Your tires are giving you more rolling resistance but your tune is compensating and then some.

True, I was thinking with 2wd he's probably 200 to 300 lbs lighter anyway and has shorter tires so that would be a huge help. I looked up a old truck trends and he should be at 16.1 @ 87 mph w/ 3.23 axle ratio.

1.5 seconds difference cause its a crewcab instead of an extended cab

the tune doesnt compensate for the tires, it just adjusts the speedo and stuff. gearing compensates for tire size. granted his tune was adding more power but not enough to compensate for having that size tire on. one of hte best mods for the money if you have 3.23/3.42s and you plan to run 33" tires all the time is to swap to 4.10/4.30s.

id say you should do a mid 16

I was just guestimating based on some info i seen on a ECSB 5.3 hybrid doing low 16"s I figured roughly a second difference for the CC. Whats the difference between an ECSB and CCSB usually?
