I broke my ac controls in my 2005 Silverado. It is pretty much a base model without the rear defrost. I don't want to get raped by the dealer so can someone please help me find one.

Whats broken? Did you break a **** or something?
Did you look on eBay?

 

I think i have one i will look tomorrow at work

 

I need the whole unit that doesn't have the rear defroster but does have a/c.

go to a junkyard or ebay. even if it has the rear defrost button it won't matter, it just won't do anything. You can use one from any 2003-2006 GM Truck or fullsized SUV
