LSX s10 guys.. Whats need to put a ls into a s10

What am I going to need to do this?? As far as electronics go?? Also is there any modding to the frame, steering to get this in?? Pretty sure the trans will bolt up.. So I need mounts and??? Thanks

I think you have to notch the frame for the a/c, but thats it. Trans will need a diff input shaft.

Join over at s10v8.com Ive been a member there since 2005 when I built my 408 SBC S10 great crowd over there with a lot of knowledge.

Here are links to my lq4 6.0/4l60-E s-10 build. I need to update them the truck has been finished for two years now but you can get the general picture of the frame mods,exhaust, engine positioning etc.

I used sanderson headers, and engine mount kit from jags that run. vet accessories and oilpan, 4.3 v6 radiator, flexalite 210 dual fan for cooling. I built the engine harness myself using the stock v6 harness and a engine harness from a 2002 camaro. You have to box frame to clear oil pan and compressor. pics are in the link
