Also I took my truck back to my buddies garage and was unable to put it on the lift but he did drive it and said it had no exhasut leaks at all. Its just the new sound that Im gonna have to get use to. I do think that there is close clearance as stated above with the crossmember and the pipe so Im gonna have to check on that as well. Im gonna have to get all the little bugs worked out and then i will be happy.

Here are some pictures I took. The first one, although blurred (damned autofocus), shows how little room I had. This was causing a lot of rattling:

And here are two shots after I fixed it. You can see the grind on crossmember bracket and also how much the weld was taken down. This is enough room to keep it from rattling and banging around:
