I've had three sets of Nexen N3000's and I was actually impressed with them. I would recommend them, but Nitto would probably have to be my favorite street tire.

I Will never buy another set of good years. They are only good for about a year...

I replaced them with Bridgestone Dueler AT's. I didn't really need an AT but I liked them and they served me well.

This last set of tires, I could not affoard such an expensive option. I went with the Nexxen's 265/70/R17 So far I am pretty pleased with them.

I am think about getting a set for my other truck.

Nexen is cheap Chinese garbage. I managed a tire business that sold them. The price is attractive, but the quality and performance is junk.

FWIW, the Goodyear Eagle GTII is also a crappy tire.

Would you call me an e-bullshitter if I told you that I cut a 1.80 60ft. on them at 19 psi. back when I had the Atlas engine on gas? Don't worry, I couldn't believe it either. It didn't happen very often. My Nexen actually lasted me longer than I expected. They definitely aren't the greatest of tires, though. I agree.

lol, I gotta say that's pretty impressive 60 ft times!

I've never seen anybody try them at the track. My experience with them was a little more "real world", dealing with construction issues like out-of-roundness, excessive wheel-weights to make them balance, premature dry-rot, very poor wet-road traction, and problems with them not being able to achieve the tire milage ratings.

But I guess none of that crap matters if the ******* hook!!
