Default fuel cell help

I am about to install a fuel cell in my 98 S10. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on foam/no foam, sump/no sump? Thanks.

Definately sumped, but you dont necessairly need foam if your not road racing, but it never hurts.

ok so if I am road roacing or just driving like an idiot in town around corners would you suggest foam? I have a pretty stiff fun suspension so I do tend to do that.

The idea with both methods is to keep the pump or pump pickup constantly submerged in fuel so you never have a fuel starvation issue.

Its not really an issue unless you run a low level in the tank since the fuel has more room to slosh around. I read a bit about foam and appearently ethanol will make it break down over time, so unless you are doing hard core road racing and/or can get 0% ethanol fuel, might want to skip on the foam.

I read that the foam will prevent sloshing and also some people say no foam could lead to explosion any idea if thats true? I know all the fuel here has ethanol in it so 0% is not really an option for me
