Default Electric fans

I want to know more about electric fans. I want the people who erased my thread to answer this ?.. I hadn't heard enough so maybe i can get some more info from the people who like to erase my post. If i put electric fans on my truck will it make a couple of hundred extra horse power?.

Good news, guys. I took the ceiling fan off the radiator today and put some LS1 fans on. The secret is to hook the fans to a Rockford Fosgate 500w amp, and they cool like 10x better. I got about 40 rwhp, I bet if I sprayed some nos in front of the fans, I could get about 175 rwhp from the combo.

Make sure you mount that amp far away from the radiator (mine is conveniently located on the firewall )that thing will generate major heat, Oh yeah the other beauty to this method there is no longer a need for a relay, Just fire up the stereo and your talking a good 20 degrees cooler under the hood!!!!

Hey Hyde, how about some actual technical discussions. I believe you are one of the only truck guys here to grenade a motor, maybe you can give some specifics on rebuilding one?

This thread is kind of funny, but if I could transfer it to LS1.com, I would. Over there it might be seen as "real" tech.
