Default Corsa's customer service is EXCELLENT

Well my muffler was rattling, so I called Corsa. I was on the phone with them for maybe 5 min. They told me to fax my bill of sale to them. Then they said they would ship me a new unit so that there would be no down time on my truck. They are definately worth the extra money for their exhaust.

CORSA IS THE WAY TO GO......

They told me I should have it by the first of next week. Plus they are taking care of all the shipping. I will never switch from Corsa. I mean, hell 480.00 bucks, and I have an exhaust that will last and last. If not they will take care of it for you.

Sorry to rant, but hey you dont see to many companies that will take care of their customers like this.

Marc,

Did yours vibrate really bad at low rpms with a minimal load on the engine?

Mine made the most disgusting noise ever... Sometimes it would give this awefull "nails on a chalkboard" screech at light throttle. The screech was actually a really high pitch buzz or vibration. More often that not, it was just a really loud metallic buzz. I messed with every single heat-shield under the truck for about two weeks before I decided to call Corsa...

When I called them, I felt a little guilty because I wasn't certain it was their muffler, but they knew exactly what I was talking about. They told me I got an earlier production unit, and some tack-welds let go inside it.
