Hey Northwest Louisiana & Northeastern Texas Guys, how about we have a Track meet at Hallsville on Friday Night Oct.15?

That way everybody can put some faces to the names, see what everyone's times will be in the cooler weather, and checkout everyone's ride?

What do ya'll think?

 

That would be sweet. I will talk to the track guys and see if we can get something going on if ya'll want. We might do better doing this on a Sunday since they have regularly scheduled stuff already on Fri night.

What do they have going on Friday nights, something like a "Import Night"? If more people wanted to go at night, Red River Raceway is another option (it's a whole lot bigger, huge concrete parking lot, a really professionally built drapstrip). I think either one is about the same distance for us Shreveport/Bossier guys. I was gonna also see about getting other brand trucks to go to the track as well, Like some "Competition". Lightnings, modded hemis, etc.

Flyer: anything new to the truck, since your last run?

 

I've heard some not very good things about RRR, about the staff being unfair and picking thier favorites. IMO, if there are a lot of folks coming in, I'd rather not take any chances in someone getting treated unfairly. I have not been to RRR, so there is no experience to back up that.

It's about 30-45 minutes West on I-20 from Shreveport.

 

This sounds good, I've been thinking about runnin at haulsville come fall and it's right around my birthday. So I could give myself a little present and come on down. Count me in.
