This is out of SkoalBandit's 5.3 worked very well and i think has 6500-7000 miles on it. I could be wrong but i know it doesnt have a lot of miles on it

Its hard to say. It comes down to your choice of gears and converter. Plus how many rpms you are going to spin it to.
This cam wont require a ton of converter...it'll work well with 3:42s all the way to 4:56s if you want to go that extreme. Also the cam comes in strong about 2200-2500 rpms so you can use a 2500-3200 converter and itll work well.
Skoalbandit ran it in a CC with a 278mm circle d 3000 converter with 3:73s and 20" rims. I think he shifted it out at 6300 and it pulled the entire rpm.

One more question you may or may not be able to answer: every couple years I need to pull my headers and PCM for smog testing (Kalifornia ). Do you think I'd still be able to pass a sniffer test with everything else returned to stock?
