I'm in the very early stages of planning my turbo LQ4 so here's a simple question. What else would I need to get these mounted and adapted to my 2004 engine?

Since they are low impedance injectors, you need a low impedance driver box like the versafueler shown (but sold) above. It's easy to wire in. I installed mine in 45 minutes.

If memory serves, those 75s are direct fit. If not, you just have to get longed fuel rail bolts and make some spacers. If you search on fuel rail spacers here, I'm sure you will find a thread (it's easy).

That pretty much covers it. I used spacers and bolts that I picked up from Home Depot. You also need EV1 connectors if your harness has the truck style connectors. I have a set of those that I'd be willing to include for the asking price.
