Who has broken their 4.8/5.3/6.0L?

Broke my 1st one (4.8) at 47k. Blew a hole in #5 running 100 dry shot. The MAF didn't compensate enough for the nitrous. It leaned out and popped a piston. Drove it another 200 miles with a hole in it before I found the problem.
