Default Where to put water/alky injection

I plan to eventually run a water/alky injection kit...was wondering what you guys thought would be the best place to spray?Right off i only see 2 places that might work with the whipple on the outlet side.I prefer not to spray on the inlet side unless i just have to.The whipple intake that goes in the original t/b place has a threaded hole on one side of it allready...seems like it could be a good place. The other spot would require putting the nozzle in the rubber that goes beteen the charger and intake.Check out the pics and give me your ideas

The smc kit looks real nice,i like the on board controls.I'm probably just going to go with 8 pounds boost. Will be a little while down the road before i do it,probably next couple of months.I was thinking the plug on the side would be best as well, whipple probably put it there for that reason.Just like to plug on top worked perfect for my fuel pressure guage.
I'm trying to wait til i get the yank installed before i move on to another mod....wish it would hurry up and get here

you want it on the outlet side for sure i dont think your blower would like to compress water very much but i could be wrong also remember you have to mount the bottle the best place i found was where the washer fluid resevoir was under the battery which is pretty hidden also i would go with the smc kit i like it it is very professional and was happy with it only if i could get my truck back together

Not sure where the best place to install it, but this is the kit I will probably be getting in the next month or so...

By the way, have you got 500 miles on your rear end yet?

Here is what I did. I took the Whipple supplied inlet elbow to a machine shop and had them tap a hole smack dab in the front center for the threaded spray nozzle I purchased from McMaster-Carr. The plug you have on the side of the elbow is intended for a boost gauge, but I suppose you could use it IF you can find the proper nozzle with the proper thread. My install shoots the H2O/alky mix straight into the intake manifold, so there is less chance for puddling. I have a picture...email me at "sfranklin9@aol.com" and I will send one via email. Let me know if you have any questions, as I built my own kit which ran a total of about $200.00 for everything.
