Stock or MSD wires work equally well. MSD's are nice if you're running headers since you can bend the boot away from the primaries.

I would only go with Super Conductors. Summit has their house brand version of MSD Super Conductors and of course MSD has theirs for a little more and red wires with gray boots. I will only go with super conductors from this point out because they are 40-50 ohms a foot vs 1000+ ohms a foot stock style wires are. In the big scheme of things it probably doesn't make all that much difference but I have this undeniable hate for resistance.

Stock. You won't feel any difference with aftermarket. Even the idle will be the same.

Only use aftermarket if you need to get them off headers like previously stated.

GMCtrk and Coban said it best. I used MSD with bendable ends to get them away from the headers. Have had no problems. Had I not installed headers, I would be running OE wires.
