As far as your list: In order of importance from top to bottom
Form/Fit Function
Price
Power Output
Instuctions
Ease of Installation
Add: Consideration of other components and ease of maintenance after install (ie; my procharger completely blocks access to the power steering pump, and changing the oil in it is a PIA)
Long Term Durability

CARB CARB CARB! A complete kit like the Radix, Cali needs a turbo kit to compete with it.

ok, fun and games aside....
I like form and fit first and foremost. Price is secondary.
Power output is almost irrelavent because most turbo kits can put out great power so I don't dwell on that too much.
One other thing would be warranty or shop longevity. I would hate to buy a set of manifolds from a company only to develope a crack in a year or 2 and find out they are no longer in business and now I have to pay $1k+ to have a custom set welded up.

I would say the rank depends on the person. And unfortunitly you never if any business will be open the next day or not. I think the fit and ease if a high point, price no biggy as long as you can afford it. Instructions a must, nothing worse then getting a ton a pieces and oh yea no instructions.
