Default Weight reduction, what did you pull?

Alright, I know that you gain roughly .1 for every 100lbs you take off. So how much "unnecessary" gear and parts did you pull out in the hopes of faster times?
Here's what I took off (or take off for the track)

Spair tire
Tire hanger
Metal shield between exhaust and body
2-rear leafs from each side (coil overs now)
Rear seat
Receiver hitch
Fan and Fan clutch
Skid plates (yes my 2wd came w/them for some reason)
Tail gate
Bed liner

Total=@400lbs(guesstimate)

We are at a disadvantage since most ot these truck carry their weight up front. Notice how most of the things you mentined are in the rear.

your right about most of the weight beind from the rear. Im looking to get a fiberglass hoods from eastcoastcustoms. Right now i can chirp the tires when i punch it at 50mph, thats bad. Im running 295/50s with a detroit locker. Im hoping to get some ideas of how i can pull more weight off the front. Already have an engine thats 200lbs lighter, just waiting

Windshield washer reservoir
battery to the bed
A/C
Wiper motor
Cowl to fender braces
Power steering pump

Can't think of anything else at the moment.

Speaking of battery to the bed, thats been a thought of mine. What Gauge wire would I need to do that. 0-gauge or would 1-gauge be fine?

I moved mine to the firewall on the other side of the truck.

It at least got it off the front bumper. I used 2 gauge for that, but if it's any longer I would onsider running something a little bigger.

Drain or remove the windhshield washer reserviour.
Spare tire winch
1/8 tank of gas

Misc interior items like cup holders, crap in the glove box, ash tray, etc.

I have thought about removing the passenger seat but I never done it.
