I got the mpvi2. Just the standard credits for my truck. Just want to make sure I get the correct one with the correct harness. I’ll watch that video see if that answers my question

So you would still run you wideband signal like the video above since you don't have the pro link. I think any of the AEM X series has a serial out. Which is what you would be looking for. If you have any question about how to set it up let me know. I just did this last week so it's fresh in my mind LOL. Who knows how long that will last anymore.

Most with the standard MPVI wire the wideband through the EGR circuit or the a/c circuit. This will allow you interface the wideband with the VCM scanner to calculate different parameters in order to tune. You'll also be able to monitor the air/fuel mixture when not scanning/tuning. I have the MPVI Pro so I didn't need to do the EGR setup. The AEM 30-0300 X-Series is the one you need. Cruising down the hwy seeing the a/f around 14.7 is a good feeling. Stomping the accelerator to the floor and seeing that you are indeed in PE (power enrichment) with a safe reading (in my case 12.5) is even a much better feeling

Hey guys I did get the aem wideband and door pillar gauge pod. I used that sem paint. It matched up great. Have the gauge installed n the wires coiled up under the dash waiting for my *** to install everything. I’m wondering if I bit myself in the butt and needed to run the cable that plugs into the sensor is going to go through the bulkhead with the plug. Might have to take it back off and run it through from outside to inside.

also, I’ve been thinking about getting a catch can. What kind do you guys recommend? Vented vs non vented? Baffle vs non baffle? And routing? Most I’ve seen people run from passenger valve cover to can to throttle body. Then I’ve seen some run from pvc valve on driver side to can to top of intake. I’m a little confused? Read that there’s a clean side n a dirty side. Read that you can run 2. Also read that you can weld in a bung onto the calve covers and run both to catch can but valve covers have to have the little air filter on them. I don’t mind modding the valve covers when I have it apart. But what is the best routing?
thanks

does anyone have a good blower recommendation for an lq4 from a 2000 Silverado? It’s getting swapped so it’ll be a different intake.

I would say any style of roots charger is better for low end torque and the style like vortech, Paxton n pro charger are more mid hit. That’s how it is in the pwc field that I’m familiar with. The kawi SC ski is a roots style n yami n SD are centrifugal.
