Transmission Question

Every vehicle with a stock converter and a 700R4/4L60E will experience this to some degree.

This is a very, very interesting thread for me.
My 2nd gear just went out and I am looking to have my transmission rebuilt.
I sometimes tow a small car (3500lbs) and am curious about transmission upgrades, but I simply cannot do something that will compromise the reliability of the transmission ...
Any suggestions? At this point, I am seriously considering a stock-rebuild.
thanks,
Chris

would need a tranny cooler and i agree i have a 3k converter and wish i would have went higher so once you get one you will want a bigger one doesnt matter what size you get
. i recommend the GM coolers i have heard they are the easiest to install and you cant go wrong with GM especially if someone has to work on it and starts snoopin around
