You dont have to remove the radiator, but it is very close when you have the motor far enough forward to go up with it. Remove all wiring, remove intake, remove hoses, remove accessory plate(you dont have to take the acc's off the plate when removing),remove ac and set aside, remove starter so you can get to the torque converter bolts (you can use a big screw driver but its nice to to use a fly wheel tool to rotate the TC to get to all the bolts),remove transmission bolts, remove bolts from motor mounts and pull. You will need to attach the hoist before removing motor mount bolts. Its easier to remove the crank pulley whent the motor is out, but if you are pulling it by yourself take it off first so it doesnt go into the radiator. That should be everything.

It should take about 1 day to get everything pulled, swapped and put back in the next day. Thats with only a with few problems. If you have problems lining up the motor and trans, take the cross member off and loosen the carrier so you can wiggle the trans and motor together. Should fit together like peas and carrots. Not much vacuum hose to worry about . This is a very easy, but time consuming job.
