Default thoughts on my forced induction cam

motor: TSP 408 stroker
heads: TSP PRC ls3 heads
exhaust: 1 7/8 primaries. 3" duals.
FI: Kenne Bell 3.6 blower


cam: 226/246 .629/.629 118+4


thoughts? I'm new to both FI and LS3 top ends.

3200-3500 ish weight...9" rear 3.55 gears, 4l80e, 3500 converter, 33x22 rear tires

Looks fine to me! Could probably go a little bigger on the intake but I think thats fine.

Thats a nasty cam for that combo. I wouldnt change a damn thing.

You could maybe afford a tad of overlap, that cam is right at 0, but its most definitely NOT worth swapping out.

so FI likes less overlap? that exhaust bias is huge lol.

yes FI likes less overlap than NA. With a big overlap cam you effectively blow the boost that a blower works so hard (parasitic loss on the crankshaft) to make. A tiny bit can help, but its not common practice.

As for overlap some of the most powerful setups have overlap
