how much will the cam / crank gear change the power? move up the power band up?

Go with a set of longtube headers,mill the heads and keep the same cam.

I can't believe that someone knowledgeable is recommending a cam swap, especially to a cam that won't give you any increase, noticeable or otherwise. Unless you're going 224/224 or more, there's no sense in swapping.

How will the 224/224 work with my set up? My injectors be enough (e85 30lb). Will this be good for a daily driver? Good Torque and Hp to 5500rpm. Maybe I should try this one instead, cam swap are easy enough! Will I lose alot MPG or will engine work easier.
