Default So i never wanna worry about a hemi...

I never want to worry about a typical dodge hemi driver....And you guys know what i'm talking about. Every guy with a hemi ram with exhaust thinks their truck is so fast...

Heres my mods:

CAI
UDP's
Bullets

Next i wanna get it Tuned...Since i don't drive that far/that much to work...I'm thinking of something a little more on the agressive side, should i go with wheatley? And will this really wake my truck up?

And yes, i eventually plan on headers/ory just not right now...

Im no Tuner but I think A tune should help but I dont think it will be ALOT. A tune can help from factory with no mods but a tune really shines when you have modded where it affects air flow, fuel flow & pressure, etc.

In your case you would feel the difference but maybe not enough to make it worth it at the time.

Once the headers are done...it ill be a different story

A tune will make a large improvement over stock you will be like WOW . more power ,throttle response torque management removed ,clean shift points and firmness , more top speed . you will have no regreats with a tune . also some give free re tunes as you make upgrades .

I see fear of the HEMI....LOL j/p

you would be ok with a tune intake when it comes to a 03-08 hemi if its stock. It the new Hemi you need to be worried about and would probably need headers and tune to keep them off if the dodge driver is a good driver. In my 2010 i have beat crewcab 6.0 with flaco tune, pullies and also the same with a crewcab 53. with eber tune, intake while my truck is bone stock.

just speaking the truth not talking ****......I love racing truck weather its a ford, chevy , or dodge

Yeah the new dodges are pretty quick. You will need more free flowing mods to start running with them. With your mods and a tune you should be able to pick off the older dodges that have similar mods.

I have a Blackbear tune and love it. I've read great things about Nelson, Blackbear, and Wheatley.

You may want to look into a shift kit, servos, and a higher stall TC. Gears would help as well.

Good luck!
