Check your TPS sensor on the throttlebody.Either the commection is loose or the sensor is bad.

Isnt the tps sensor integrated with the tb on the drive by wire tb's? I ported and polished a friends tb on his 03, and the tps screwed up. He had to get a new tb because it kept going into reduced power mode. we had to push it up his driveway.

mine set a 1514 code and kept going into this mode

might want to scan for this code and then up the table if this is the prob

The table is under engine diag>general>calculated airflow1514 error

may not be your prob but worth looking at

My crank variation relearn was so far off once (after a PCM swap), that the "reduced engine power" message came up. Truck would barely idle and ran like it had a misfire until I had the relearn done.

I've had reduced power mode flash on my dash three times or so IMMEDIATELY AFTER a new tune was inserted. In every case, I reflashed the PCM and it went away. Don't know it this is your issue, but it might work. Try a reflash and see what happens.
