I know my magnaflow high flow cats bolt right up.............at least after I had the headers and cats flanged they did. It did move them from the stock location but it isnt really that much.

I am glad I dont have to deal with all the B.S. you cali boys have to put up with on CARB. Hell I know places I could take my truck right now and all I would have to do is show them my insurance card and they would slap an inspection sticker on it with out even checking the lights.

here is the way I see it: As long as you have cats, if you get pulled over they will not know the difference. I bet it will pass inspection too if the tech does not know what he is looking at. Hell, my last truck passed (barely).

I am not sure though, I have never asked this. Do the cats get moved with the LT's such as the pacesetters or Stainless Works?
do you mean the pre cats? or are the cats mounted farther fwd on a 1500series truck?

California is ruff, I think Texas is trying to get more strict on emissions.

I dont know, I honestly havent been under there to even look at it. When I had my exhaust done I was too busy making sure they did it right to look at the other stuff.

I took some pics of the headers and the blower, but I cant get my camera to take a picture with a small enough file to post it on here. I need to get some of the exhaust. I am going to have to try to figure out how to get it to take a picture with a smaller file. I can email them to you.

Whoever told you shorties are what you need for a blower was dead wrong. Anything will benefit from a better header. The gains I noticed were all over, down low, mid range, and up high. It knocked off a consistant .3 from stepping up to the better headers. I also ditched the hollow cat shells at the same time too.

The cats do not move with AS&M longtubes.

I just installed my Radix w/ Dynatech LT's and can't get it tuned right. Magnusson says they don't support a tune with LT's - and it was their idea. Get a 300 code (intermittant ping) and an engine lite. Runing 12.2-.4 A:F and 6lbs boost. Power band is all high end...seems really off! Nobody seems to have a clue near me & Magnusson has really pissed me off! R/
