Remembering what ProDyno said, I think he said shorty or midtubes like the TOG's. I would rather have the TOG's than the shorties, at least they are equal length.

I would definitely go with the long tubes. But I have no way around the carb regs. Blown, what are you doing about carb with your future long tubes? (Moregrip, please chime in as well!)

Thats the only reason I am looking at TOG. The pacesetters would be better for the pocket book (no 4x4 application though ). F-ing CARB

I just got the Stainless Works headers put on today and got the exhaust done also.

My headers have the 3" collectors. The exhaust is a true dual 3" mandrel bent with Magnaflow high flow cats, Magnaflow X pipe, and Dual 5 X 8 X 18 Magnaflows. Right now it is dumped in front of the axle. After I get the drop kit sway bars and cal tracs on I am going to have it extended back over the axle to quiet it down. I can feel a seat of the pants difference in it which I am sure will get alot better when I get it tuned. I am going to try to get to the dyno sometime in the middle of the week to see how big of a difference it really made, and I will let you guys know what I find out.

I know I preach CARB legal, but the long tubes are where I am going to draw the line.......

I am going to just hang onto my stock stuff and deal with it when the time comes.

Speaking of 'bending the rules', did I ever show you guys the high flow cats I recently put on?

No noticeable loss in power and they removed most of the rasp I've had for the past 2 years of running no cats. Oh yeah, they also have a CARB cert.
