So the guy isnt even a cop? They could get into some **** for impersonating an officer.
If you decide to make a change, i would go with the oval muffer in a very large size.

I think someone even posted a while back a muffler that was close to 30" long, but i dont see them listed on the site.

I don't know the exact size on mine but what I do know it that it's 22" long....

No, the guy's a cop. He came by my house off-duty in his car throwing his weight around. I'm about to take care of that in about 2 hours.

I wouldn't sweat it. Ask him to see his build permit for the fence or approval from the home owners association. Then tell him to take down his Christmas lights.
