I didn't think about this .. but an X-pipe will drastically reduce the noise of the exhaust too. Just the X-pipe alone may suffice.

I actually have two of them, I did the first one to quite it down, then the magnaflow came with an internal one. sounds like a tuned high end sports car..

Blake, I'm gonna have to come by the dealership this week to hear it. If I do get a magnaflow, it won't be for a couple of weeks. I don't think I want to run a second x-pipe. I like the bullets alot, but if I change them, it ain't because of that little bitch-*** neighbor. Over the last couple of years, the bullet's internal drone block out the radio and conversations. I think now I'll change to something that doesn't have a bunch of drone. I wonder if adding another set of bullets would help...what do ya'll think?

Oh yeah, I seen my little neighbor today. I parked my truck in front of my house and started getting out of my truck and seen my neighbor, his stepdaughter, walking their dog. He started coming down his driveway looking at the ground and started walking on the sidewalk towards my house. He looked up and seen me staring at him and darted in the other direction. Well the way my truck was parked in the street, he didn't see me standing in front of it checking my oil on his way back. He was walking in the middle of street. As soon as he walked by my truck, I stopped what I was doing, threw my funnel down on the ground and gave him a go to hell look. As soon as he seen me standing there, he looked forward like he was ignoring me, keeping his eyes forward, but he knew I was staring him down. I kept seeing his eyes darting back and forth. He looked kinda pale and scared, like a little bitch. I just glared at him as he walked by my truck. My mom was outside talking to me from the carport right before he walked by. As soon as he walked by, I turned to my mom and said real loud,"That's funny right there...He calls the cops on me, but won't look me in the face."
Come to find out, the off-duty cop that come by my house and threatened me about writing me a ticket and arresting me and all that bullshit for having a modified exhaust, is a friend of his from his church. He admitted to me that he has dual exhuast on his f-150 when he woke me up the other morning during his little visit (which I took a digital picture of today, considering he lives around the corner). I'll be handling up on that crap tomorrow, considering someone in my family is a friend of the police chief. ***** about to hit the fan with these two ********.

Let me say this first ... any replies, please keep sensable. That's why the one in the lounge got locked.

Thats some **** there. There is NOTHING the cop can do for your modified exhaust. Call the city anonomously and ask them about exhaust laws and noise laws. Next time he threatens to arrest you, ask him how he plans on arresting you for. At the very worst ... noise violations are not an offense they can arrest you for.

You're neighboor's a wuss.

there is actually two things that a police officer can do for exhaust, one is that we have a city ordinance for exhibition of speed, which can be you sitting at a red light & revving the exhaust.

The other is that the state boys will write a nice ticket for modified exhaust, there is some old state ordinance that allows them. I know this because I modified a customers exhaust before he purchased it, I had customized it here at the dealership & we sent it out & had true duals(left the cats on) with flowmasters on. he got a nice ticket & we ended up having to pay for it & installing an entire new factory exhaust system(being that I had the factory y-pipe cut into). I got in a assload of **** from our sales & fixed op manager.... it sucked, that ended my exhaust days, I cannot even install a factory corsa system before it is bought

What magnaflow is everyone going with? What size, round, oval, 5 x 8, etc...? Thanks for the responses.
