Do a quick search for LS6 valley cover, and it requires a "late" model block for easy installation. (earlier blocks require some dremel work in the valley to make it clear.)

the dremel work isn't hard i use a die grinder with a cut off wheel on it and you cut a little piece off the block no big deal.

The part number I have for the re-designed PCV valve is 12572717. It's called a "fixed orifice" PCV valve...it's basically an empty PCV valve with a tiny hole at the bottom (no spring and plunger). FWIW, oil still gets sucked through it....I tested it with my catch can, then switched back to the regular PCV valve because the new one whistled when combined with my AMW catch can.
