Default o2 sensor question

im looking at possibly having to replace my front o2 sensors and found that there are different part numbers. 2000-2005 are the same but, it switches at 2006. the new o2s are pretty expensive so, do yall think the older 02s would work?

the connectors are probably different but you could always swap them. one of my o2 sensors went out and i had a spare lying around from a tbss. swapped the hardshell and haven't had a problem since.
