Default LS1 LTs question

guys i have been give the opportunity of recieving so free pacesetters LTs for an LS1. my question is will they fit on my 04 5.3 sierra 2wd. I know they will bolt up because they are both LSX base engine just dont know if they will hit the frame. either way they are free

Dewey is right, they will hit. if they are routed the same way as the Hooker headers the passenger side one will be close, youll just have to roll a little dinger into it to clear the frame. Drivers side on the other hand aint even fuggin close, we had to cut it all up and do about 10 hours worth of rewelding... they turned out great in the end but had the guy that did it not been my buddy i woulda been into alot of money. imo if i could do it over, i woulda just Bought the truck headers and been done with it!

Why don't you get the headers...sell them to someone on ls1tech for a decent price and then use that money to buy some of the pacesetters for the trucks.

thats what I'd do.

lol ya thats what i suggested to him in PM. if they are free they are def worth taking... depending on coating/paint you could probably make $150+ on Tech for them... thats a nice little chunk outta a set of truck LTs
