you will just be using the long block, it doesn't matter how the new motor comes.

I could pick that engine up for your, have john work the heads, reassemble and get it back to you (pending john has time to clean up the heads some. cleaning up is probobly the best bang for the buck as far as headwork goes).

They have the 10mi engine in stock. its a crate and usually includes goodies like fuel rails and injectors- but id need to confirm. my trans came with sensors and converter.

it seems to be about 16 hours mapquested (so like 13) between us. Kentucky is in the middle and I have a good friend there.

Let me know if you cant find an engnie.

Would these work on a LQ4 and still fit my Radix?

I figured I wouldn't get that lucky to find good flowing head with 918 springs installed that would fit my block. Oh well. Litredevil is working an engine for me right now. I'm hoping he will get back to me tonight with a solid answer. If you want to check your sources and see what they got that would be cool. The one Im looking at is an 03 LQ4 with 18K miles for $1500 (no intake). If you can get a better deal let me know.

With a short crank!! The newer and less miles the better. There are brand new ones on ebay for 2300-2500 complete, plus shipping. I dont need an intake but if its included I'll take it and re-sell it.

those heads would work but you dont want them, they would raise your compresion. all the heads interchange and the intake would bolt on fine.

$1500 for an 03 lq4 isn't a bad deal, what are you waiting for?
