I would strongly suggest you do not tamper with the knock sensors unless you have something like AutoTap or HPtuners to monitor what your engine is doing. If you disable the K-sensors while having real knock, you will damage your engine.

btw, those k-retard circuits by mchaney are "almost" right, but didn't work for alot of cars I made them for. The old KO-Boxes I used to sell would fool the PCM completely.

Damn, so theres another program called Hptuners? I'll look into that one too. I wish it was as simple as just buying edit and it coming with something like EFIlive.

yeah, wish efilive would come up with their version. if the user guide was as detailed as their logging program, you might actually be able to figure out how to tune your truck. how about it paul anything in the works ? i'm already in the hole for both, but it would be nice for my next truck.
