I finnaly have everything on my wish list coming! And i will finnaly be able to tune my truck for all the mods i've added since the last tune. The tune in it now is low timing and lots of fuel for the 225 shot. And since the new cam it really hates the low timing.
First thing i figure i will need to do is make a couple runs and log what its doing. Then up the timing and take some fuel away.
The things i want to know first are where do i go to delete everything for the EGR and rear O2's? What all do i delete?
How do i stop the stupid random/multiple misfire codes?
Where and how do i delete TM for engine and tranny both?
Anything else i should know or need to change to get this thing running as hard as it should?
Thanks,
Ron

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the EGR and 02's. I've seen an EGR enable/disable button on the "general" tab in the Edit window. I don't think you can miss it. From there, I'm not sure what else to do.
Missfires - Edit: Engine Diagnostics: Missfire. Table is under: "Max Missfire Time Between Events By Cylinder vs VE%" "Idle Stopped" and "Idle Move" tables. I took all of the GREEN cells, and multiplied them by two. Their values are quite low compared to the other yellow cells.
TM is all taken care of under the Transmission editing section, and Engine editing section. They each have their own TM tabs, that brings up a **TON** of tables now with V1.6. About 55, if I just counted right. There are only like 5-8 that I bothered with. Most of the stuff will be obvious, like "Max Engine Torque vs RPM vs Gear", but others like, the "Engine Torque Model", I don't believe should be messed with. It's best to read the help sections, and see what you're looking to do. (In other words, I have no idea about some of these).
I'll give you a real quick rundown of what I'd immediately hit, just looking at my stock 'bin.
Engine section:
- "Max Torque vs RPM" - set all to 640. (max value)
- "Max Torque" (single value) - set to 640.
These limit the amount of power your engine can make.
Tranny section:
- Abuse Mode: Set radio button to disable. Set values to make 100% sure it won't be tripped.
- Torque Reduction vs Torque vs Shift. Normal and Performance (tow/haul) mode. This is the meat an potatoes TM table. This is what limits torque on the shifts. Modify to your hearts desire. 0 it out, divide it in halft, etc. etc.
There are other, for if you have any traction controls in the truck too. I don't...

For the EGR disable, use the radio button, then you'll need to edit the DTCs. P0400 through P0405 . . . Check the descriptions, you may have through P0408. Just set them so that they don't come on, and you're finished. No idea on the rear O2s or the TM stuff.
