Gen III 5.3L LQ Intake Question
Are all the 5.3/6.0 L 3 bolt throttle bodies, injectors and intakes the same in the 2000-2004 years? Getting ready to ship a spare intake off to Peak Performance for porting and polishing. Anything I should be aware of?
I'm adding the high lift TP 212/218 cam and entire fresh top end with Black Bear tune.
Want to make sure I send Peak the best manifold and TB for performance mods.
Feedback and advice appreciated.

They should be the same intake manifold, the only thing that idk is a Drive by wire throttle body different required a slightly different intake manifold vs cable driven throttle body.
I think they were able to produce 8-9rwhp and 7-8rwtq on a stock motor so will be interesting to see how it does with your cam.
Can you find a part # of the intake manifold you want to send them?

Sa far as I know they are all the same. I have a 2004 manifold with a 1999 throttle body on my 5.3 swap. The early trucks( I think 1999) had smaller injectors. Flex fuel trucks have bigger injectors otherwise the 4.8/5.3/6.0 have the same injectors.

I have one manifold taken off of a 2000 Silvy like mine, stripped bare. Have another one complete that was taken off of a '04 5.3l that has 6.0L injectors in it the seller claims. Not sure if the injectors for the 5.3 and 6.0 are different. If the 6.0 injectors are larger, (higher flow capability), than the 5.3's, is there any benefit to running them instead of my 5.3 injectors from a performance/tuning standpoint? As soon as the work is done I plan to have my Black Bear tune updated to support the performance upgrades.
Thanks

The stock injectors provide more than enough fuel for N/a 5.3L motor so going larger injectors would need a re tune, and be pointless b/c the tune will only let them spray the fuel that is needed, so the larger injectors will never be used to their full potential.
From what I am finding online the 6.0 injectors are the same.
