Here are some pics I took installing dual 14' fans on the trucks. 34 core, but can tweek things around to cover the smaller cores also.

Not sure probably not see how your top radiator hose is farther in them mine. Maybe. I could just build another.! and fit to your specs.

yes. there are many people that have swapped their 28" rad for the larger 34" rad.

how much is the 34" radiator and how well to the LS1 fans cool that thing since it doesnt cover it all

I personally would not use the LS1 fans with the 34" radiator. If you plan on using the larger radiator, then get something that fits it.
