Well I just spent 1 1/2 hours reading 55 pages of posts and no one answered a question I have. Will any of these eBay/OBX headers fit on a 07+ NNBS 6.0 2500HD 4x4? That's what I have and I want to put some headers on the ol' girl. It has just 1 3.5" pipe back from the factory y-pipe without a muffler. Might have to put one on if I find some headers for it.

So the lack of replies on such a hot topic leads me to believe that no one has put a set of these on a NNBS 07+ 6.0L 2500HD 4x4. Whatever...

 

well the frame is a bit different from a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 & it's also a bit different from a NBS to a NNBS, but feel free to R&D it for us!

 

Are these still available, i just look around and the only ones i could find were the ebay ones which are now ove $800 after shipping, if anyone knows where they can still be found for cheap please pm me, thanks!

 

The frame on the HDs is the same from '01-'10, so if you can find any success stories of them fitting on a nbs hd then they should work. I would guess that they fit, because the hd uses the same y-pipe that I am aware of, could be wrong though.

 

i didn't know the HD frames are the same, but i do know that the NBS 6.0s and 8.1s had a factory dual setup into the muffler instead of a y-pipe.

Yes the 07.5 and newer HD trucks have a y-pipe that steps up to a single 3.5" pipe straight back.

 

Does anybody know where I can get the $300 deal on the OBX setup with or without the hump. Personally i think the hump looks cool. and shout out to rel3rd for helping me not to waste all that money on pacesetters. But serious I'll take a pm for that link.
