Anybody used header wrap on the ebay longtubes? If so any rusting issues? Gets pretty cold up here in the winter so I think my o2s might have problems if I get these headers and don't wrap them.

anybody had any issues with their O2s? i put new front ones in back in April (corvette rears with the old connectors soldered on), and now i've got a CEL with P0420. the rear O2s were turned off (to the best of my knowledge), so wouldn't that indicate a problem with the fronts?

I havent had an issue with them, but I also did have Jessie at wait4me tune that code out so it wouldn't come up. I replaced the front O2's with Bosch factory replacements when i installed the headers.

Can anyone get me a measurement for the "donut" gasket at the collectors. I bought a used set off ebay, and the jackass used masking tape on the box so the bottom fell out. Now I'm missing those gaskets and some nuts and bolts.

Can't help you with the doughnut foil gasket as mine has been installed for awhile now. If you bought the ebay knockoff headers you don't want to use the included gaskets anyhow, reuse the stock manifold gaskets unless your engine has a ton of miles on it. If they are destroyed then get some gm stockers.

Yea, I plan on reusing the manifold to head gaskets, but I need to find a set of gaskets that go on the end of the headers where it mates to the y-pipe. I know the ID of the gasket is probably 2.5", I just need to figure out the OD and height of it. Then it's off to the parts store to find something that will match up.

Going to try and contact DNA Motoring right now...

Okay i can't believe i just read like 53 pages!!! Hahaha i'm deff. buying these
I've been wanting LT's for the longest time and i would always get discouraged of the price from the pacesetters. But for sure i'm ordering these this pay check.

Question though, I was thinking if it would be a good idea to cut out and weld in some magnaflow high flow cats in place of the dummy cats. ?

It's a possibility If you're really wanting to keep cats or need them for emissions.

There are actually no quality eBay LTs from what I found right now... The cheapest combo I was able to create was actually pacesetters, that fit just nearly the same. All the cheaper ones are out of stock as far as I can tell ):
