Compression issue...
So a few days ago I did a run with hptuners, I had added a table to measure the trucks horsepower. After a run from 3k to redline it said the trucks hp was maxed at 162hp and 200ftlb tq at roughly 5200rpm. Now I know this number isn't exact, but still caused a lil concern. So I did a dry compression test, cold engine. Needless to say only one cylinder was over 120psi...135 to be exact. The others ranged between 120 and 110.
My truck does have just over 200k on its 4.8. So I guess my question is would I be better off rebuilding this motor, or would I be better off buying a 6.0 and 4l80e cost wise?
Another thing to keep in mind is, I had planned on doing a 4l80e swap anyway in the future and turboing the 4.8 with a hp goal of 650 to 700 tire.

The truck runs fine, no codes or anything...just lacking in ***** department. I've been talking with some buddy's and I'm thinking maybe the valves. I still have yet to do a leak down test to pin point it. The pic I loaded was when I replaced the head gaskets and before I cleaned the heads.
